Full of Irish charm and stunning scenery, County Kerry is one of Ireland’s most popular tourist destinations.
The Gleneagle Hotel, Killarney, County Kerry
One of Killarney’s largest hotels overlooking the mountains of the Killarney National Park. There are two bars, one offering a relaxed setting and one offering a lively atmosphere with live entertainment every evening.
Day 1
We travel to Holyhead for our ferry crossing to Dublin. We then continue to the vibrant town of Portlaoise and The Midlands Park Hotel for an overnight stay. (Evening meal included).
Day 2
We continue our journey and travel to the friendly Gleneagle Hotel, our base for the next 4 nights.
Day 3
After breakfast we begin our journey around the mystical and unspoilt region of Ireland known as the ‘Ring of Kerry’. In the afternoon we visit the elegant seaside town of Kenmare.
Day 4
Today we will be met at our hotel by the famous Killarney Jaunting Cars and embark on a 1 hour tour of Killarney National Park. We will then embark on a 1 hour cruise of Lough Leane aboard The Lily of Killarney. We will return to Killarney by jaunting car, leaving the rest of the afternoon at your leisure.
Day 5
A full day excursion to Muckross House & Muckross Traditional Farm.
Day 6
We depart after breakfast and travel to the picturesque village Enniskerry to the Summerhill House Hotel for our overnight stay (Evening meal included).
Day 7
An early departure from your hotel, we leave Dublin for our return ferry crossing to Holyhead. Enjoy a included breakfast on board during your journey home.
